Major influences: I’d say my most major influence would be my parents.
Your passion: My passion would be music. Everyone who knows me, knows how much I love music. As a child I’ve grown up listening to Michael Jackson songs and my family is very music oriented so I’ve always had music in my life.
Most important people in your life: My most important people in my life would be my family and my friends. Some friends have made more impact on my life than the others but I truly love and cherish them all
Anyone special? Got some crushes I guess ;)
What do you think about the media? I think the media has it advantages and disadvantages as well. It helps promote awareness but having said that, it could be positive awareness, or it could be a negative awareness. Its important to keep the message positive so the people who are receiving from the media have a positive outlook.
Do you play any instruments? Well, I think its fair to say that I play the Clarinet.
Any history in music? Yes, I took a year at instrumental music and two years of vocal training, I love music.
Favorite music genre: I would have to say that my favourite genre of music is Hip Hop n R&B. I also enjoy rock, funk and even some country!
What would you do with your fame and money? What does it mean to you? Like the media, fame and money also have their advantages and their disadvantages. Fame could mean recognition, on the other hand, fame could also mean the lack of privacy. As far as money is concerned, you can use it to help other people in need, on the other side of the plate, what is the money worth if you just spend it on materialistic things, knowing the fact that there are some people in Africa and other Third World countries where just having a piece of bread calls in terms of desperation.
Would you consider yourself a role model? Yes, I would consider myself a positive role model. I feel confident in saying that because I watch my actions and I have my morals right. I have a little brother at home and I’m constantly trying to be a positive role model for him. I would love for little children to look up to me as a role model.
Who has made the most impact in your life? There isn’t just one person who has made an impact in my life, rather, there are many people who have made a positive impact in my life, which only pushes me to become a better person. I have to thank my family for keeping me level headed and defining right from wrong.
How would you describe yourself in three words? Why? I would describe myself as humourous, understanding and loving. I guess the reason why I’d describe myself as such is because a lot of people tell me I have these qualities. J
What do you think about SOULSTARS? I think its great. It’s a chance for all of us friends to just get together and wrap ourselves around our friendship, music and do our thang ;)
What do you think of the other SOULSTARS members? I think I am truly blessed to have them in my life, they’re some of the greatest girls to be with, we have a very honest friendship and there is great loyalty and respect amongst the SoulStars.
Any fun fact? I can rap any Nelly’s song on cue heheh
